Online Return Policy
Returns within 14 days (see exceptions below) of the order date will be accepted for items that are unused/unworn, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts & accessories for credit of the purchase price minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges. Items marked as clearance may also be returned if the above criteria are met.
Refunds will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. If PayPal is used for payment, the item may be returned to our showroom locations to receive a refund.
The order Packing Slip (included with shipment) and e-Receipt are required for proof of purchase/price.
The following items are required for returning items to one of our showrooms for a full refund*:
1. Photo ID matching Ship to / Bill to Address
2. The unused/unworn item in original packaging and with all paperwork, parts & accessories
3. The order Packing Slip
4. E-Receipt (printed copy or mobile device display)
* If the above is not provided, the credit amount will be issued for a value equal to the item’s lowest promotional price within the last 30 days.

Return Exceptions
Our Policy does not apply to all items. Exceptions are as follows:
  •  Base Layers and Bras – for hygienic reasons, all sales are final for base layers and bras.
  •  Mouth Guards and Jock Straps – for hygienic reasons, all sales are final for mouth guards and jock straps.
  •  Judo Uniform – all sales are final for Judogis with no refund or exchanges. To confirm sizes, please visit one of our showrooms.
  •  Customized/Personalized Products and Autographed Collectibles – all sales are final for these items.
Showroom Return Policy
Our Showroom Return Policy applies only to purchases made at our showrooms. If you have made a purchase at one of our showrooms and wish to return an item, please return the item to any of our showroom locations. Please see below for full details:
Return with a Receipt
An original receipt is requested for all exchanges or returns. Within 14 days from the date of your purchase, an exchange or return can be made for unused/unworn merchandise. All items must be returned in their original packaging. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for all return or chance transactions.
Return with a Gift Receipt
Returns using a gif receipt will be applied to a Showroom Merchandise Credit. The gift receipt will help us determine the price you gift giver paid. A gift receipt is documentation of the purchase only, and not considered an original receipt. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for the transaction.
Return without a Receipt
If you wish to make a return and have lost your receipt, merchandise will be returned based on the lowest price the item was offered for sale within the 30 days preceding the return; and the refund will be applied to a Showroom Merchandise Credit. If the amount of the return is less than $10.00, cash will be refunded. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging. You will be required to provide government issued picture ID, your name, telephone number and postal code for the transaction.
Multiple Item Discount Returns & “FREE ITEM” with Purchase Returns
When a regular priced item purchased during a “Buy One, Get One” event is returned, the discount on the second item is forfeited. The second item may be repurchased at the current selling price or both items can be returned for a full refund. Items purchased as part of a promotion offering a free item can be refunded with the return of all items. Individual items can be exchanged.
Warranty Returns
Should your purchase develop a manufacturer’s defect within a reasonable amount of time, please return it to the showroom. An original receipt is required for a refund. Without a receipt, product will be returned based on the lowest price the item was offered for sale within the 30 days preceding the return; and the refund will be applied to a Showroom Merchandise Credit. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for the transaction.

Damaged or Defective Item
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please call us immediately at +1 (905) 581-5834. It is important that you contact us before returning the item so that we may assist you with return shipping charges. If you do not contact us prior to shipping the item back to us, you are responsible for all return and shipping charges.
